Taylor Swift’s Showgirl Encore Drops Friday
First, Taylor Swift teased us with a new song, “Patient Zero,” coming out on Friday.
Then, she ups the excitement even more by saying that actually, Swifties will get FOUR new songs on Friday!
Swift said she is releasing The Life of a Showgirl: The Encore with a total of four new songs on Friday, September 25th.
In her note to fans, she said the encore came about because of the enthusiastic response to The Life of a Showgirl one year ago.

The four new songs on the Encore are “Patient Zero,” “Pink Clouding,” “Cleveland!,” and “Babylon.”
This weekend, Swift will also receive the very first Artist Director Honors at the 2026 MTV VMAs. That will make her the most awarded artist in VMA history.
The VMAs air Sunday, September 27 at 7:30 pm ET.
